The first couple of weeks back at work gives us all many challenges to overcome; how can we continue to grow, learn and continue to foster quality relationships with our colleagues, candidates, clients and suppliers as well as create new opportunities?
The first quarter for Allstaff is very much about some long-awaited Learning & Development with a great start last week with Fatbuzz kicking off some LinkedIn training, already we see some really great profiles from our team highlighting their genuine desire to be the best they possibly can be, something we value greatly and a consistent theme throughout the business.
As we get set for our 2nd round of training next week with the REC legal update – 2 days updating on all things legal! we do so with a spring in our step, its great to keep up to date and share all our findings with our clients, candidates and suppliers and whilst the topic is not the most exciting! it’s expanding our knowledge and confidence and keeping us firmly at the forefront with all things compliant.
The 3rd round of training starts in February recapping on “delivering service excellence” We are extremely passionate about delivering an exceptional service and this event reminds each and every one of us how we make a difference by never being mediocre!
I would highly recommend to any individuals or companies to start the year with something new for the business & team to learn/update and listen to everybody’s feedback. Yes the next few weeks & months bring us all some uncertainty with Brexit negotiations but we will be far better equipped & motivated to deal with any changes with a greater knowledge of all things related to recruitment and how we can best support our candidates & clients.
Thank you to all our partners who continue to support us by sharing valuable advice and encouragement and who understand our desire to see the business perform to its very best potential.
As always we are more than happy to share with you any useful findings from our L&D journey, please do email or call, anytime. Its always good to share best practice!
