Allstaff Paisley require an experienced Administration Assistant for a client based Paisley. Close to public transport links, this is an ongoing temporary role where candidates must be available for an immediate start.

Candidates must have strong IT skills with good attention to detail. This role will be front of house therefore smart presentation is essential coupled with excellent communication skills.

The Administration Assistant will support 2 teams with the following duties:

Sending out status letters

organising small events

Reception duties

Processing expense forms

Data entry

Updating spreadsheets

ideally candidates should have a background in public sector or education, be able to travel to Paisley and have previous Administration Assistant experience.
