Allstaff Glasgow are recruiting an experienced Administrator for our client based in the East End of Glasgow.
The role will involve the following duties
Answering phones and covering reception
Receiving orders from sales reps
Adding orders to system
Generate delivery notes and invoices
Correspond with external transport companies regarding deliveries
Cash reconciliation and banking of cash
Updating customer accounts.
General office duties as required.
Candidates must have experience of all MS packages and preference will be given to anyone with Sage Accounts experience.
Hours of work are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm.
This job will lead to permanent employment with our client.
