Allstaff office division are currently seeking a strong administrator with our client based in Barrhead.

Great knowledge of Microsoft packages are required for this role along with these other attributes –

  • General reception and administration duties
  • Sales ledger experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience of invoicing
  • Purchase order experience
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets
  • Good communication between different departments
  • Great customer experience

The hours are Monday-Friday 8.45am-4.45pm totalling a 37.5 hour working week.
