Allstaff require Administrators and Telephonist/Receptionists for temporary assignments throughout Glasgow to cover holidays over the summer period.
These roles will be short term offering full time and part time hours and some may involve working evenings and weekends.
The roles will be to answer and direct incoming calls, deal with customer enquiries on a face to face bases and carry out general administrative duties. A good understanding of Word & Excel is desirable.
Candidates must have good telephone manner and be comfortable dealing with the public.
Must be available at short notice.
