Allstaff Glasgow have immediate temporary positions for Inbound Customer Service Advisers to work on an incoming call campaign immediately for a long term, week to week contract.
These roles are city centre based therefore easily accessible by public transport.
Hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm.
The role will involve:
- Deal with incoming customer enquiries over the phone
- Identify & resolve customer issues and escalate if necessary
- Providing customers with product information
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is given at all times
The ideal candidate will have good computer skills, with data input experience being an advantage.
Must be flexible and be able to commit to working for duration of assignment.
