Allstaff Paisley seek an experienced Executive Secretary with 5 years + experience in providing support at MD level. It is essential Candidates have also been exposed to HR duties in recent career.

A varied role where no 2 days are the same, we seek an individual with varied experience including HR, providing secretarial support and who has dealt with H & S.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining HR database, adding New starts, dealing with holidays and absence management
- Producing HR reports for management
- Devising job adverts and updating Policies and procedures
- Assisting with global travel arrangements
- Compiling agendas for senior meetings, minute taking
- Fielding calls, organising diaries
- Responding to emails
- Typing confidential correspondence
- Producing management reports
