Allstaff Glasgow have an exciting opportunity for experienced Household Claims Handlers to join our clients successful team in Glasgow City Centre.
Our client employ over 550 staff across the world to deal with insurance claims and due to their success are keen to add to their Glasgow team and become involved in supporting their customers through the claims process.
The role will be desk based and will require you to use your excellent customer service skills to provide assistance and advice to customers to ensure the best possible outcome to their claim. on going training will be provided.
You will have full responsibility for your own caseload
Register new claims
Conduct robust pre visit enquiries
Work to strict SLAs to make sure the claims are progressing efficiently
Liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors.
You will ideally have previous experience in Household or commercial property claims.
Must have excellent customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner and IT skills.
Experience of dealing with inbound calls would be beneficial.
