Allstaff have an excellent opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic consultant to work within our busy commercial/office personnel division based from either our Paisley or Glasgow branch.
The role involves looking after our temporary division; placing candidates in temporary roles, interviewing suitable candidates and matching to outstanding roles, carrying out reference checks, managing client account requirements and carrying out sales calls to companies throughout the central belt. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate an excellent work ethic and who understands the importance of delivering excellence in customer service, consistently. We offer the best service to our clients and candidates and take huge pride in the long term relationships we have developed, all through continuous hard work and our adaptability in the market place.
We are looking for somebody who wants to assist in the longer term growth of the division and who is comfortable carrying out daily sales calls to clients advising of the service we provide. We can offer full training but if you have experience great! We genuinely treat each division as our own business and always aim to offer solutions, we are resilient and will always go the extra mile to ensure our clients and candidates requirements are met.
