Allstaff Paisley currently have an opportunity for an Immediately available administrative assistant to join their client based in Hillington for a minimum of 2 months with the possibility of extension.
This manufacturing company currently have a required for a Sales Admin Assistant to join their team from Monday 12th February.
Due to location, the candidate would need to have access to a vehicle.
The Sales Admin Assistant would be responsible for the:
- The timely processing of Sales orders
- Liaising with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled to expectations
- A polite and professional telephone manner, with experience of taking orders over the phone
- dealing with all communications, and resolving complaints, escalating where necessary
- The ability to multitask and keep calm in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within a similar role.
- Confident telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- High level of customer service skills
The understanding of the sales process with in a manufacturing / Processing environment would be desirable.
Based in Inchinnan, the hours of work would be from 8.30-4.45 Monday to Thursday and 8.30-3.30 Friday.
