Allstaff Glasgow require a Stores Administrator for our client based South side of Glasgow on temporary basis with a view to permanent. Candidates MUST be available for an immediate start and be happy to work the following hours:

Mon – Thurs 07:30am-4:45pm Fri 07:30am-4:00pm

Duties are as follows:

  • To provide support to Senior Staff.
  • Covering the front counter
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring procedures are processed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring store rooms are kept tidy-keeping busy-carrying out all duties on daily list
  • Ensuring that the returns bench is kept in order
  • Ensuring that orders are placed on system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Accurately entering delivery notes onto the system for all goods received in accordance with procedures
  • Marking up materials for engineers
  • Maintaining all plant equipment in line with company procedures
