Allstaff Glasgow require a Stores Administrator for our client based South side of Glasgow on temporary basis with a view to permanent. Candidates MUST be available for an immediate start and be happy to work the following hours:
Mon – Thurs 07:30am-4:45pm Fri 07:30am-4:00pm
Duties are as follows:
- To provide support to Senior Staff.
- Covering the front counter
- Maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring procedures are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring store rooms are kept tidy-keeping busy-carrying out all duties on daily list
- Ensuring that the returns bench is kept in order
- Ensuring that orders are placed on system in an accurate and timely manner
- Accurately entering delivery notes onto the system for all goods received in accordance with procedures
- Marking up materials for engineers
- Maintaining all plant equipment in line with company procedures
