Payroll Administrator (4 days)



Due to expansion Allstaff require an experienced Payroll Administrator (4 days) based within our Head Office in the heart of Paisley.  The role is extremely busy and requires an individual who can work at a fast pace whilst still having great attention to detail.

You will be used to working strict deadlines, sometimes under pressure, and possess energy and enthusiasm to bring to a well-established small finance team.



Duties include;-

  • Processing a weekly payroll including manual & on-line timesheets
  • Wages Arrestments
  • Client £ Management Reporting
  • HMRC RTI Returns
  • Invoicing, credit notes & statements
  • Dealing with payroll/client enquiries
