Allstaff Office & Professional Services Division have partnered with our key medical client in Clydebank who are looking for a Temporary Clerical Officer/Audio Typist on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will be a support secretary for the Medical Records department. Carrying out general administration duties such as letter writing and diary management. Alongside dealing with phone calls.
Previous Audio Typing experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, customer service experience, strong communication skills and have a excellent telephone manner.
This role will be on a full time basis, 8:30 – 4:30 or 9:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday With a pay rate on £11.13 per hour.
