HR Administrator/Customer Service Manager

Allstaff Professional services seek an experienced HR administrator with a strong customer service background to work with our global manufacturing client based in Renfrew.

This will be a very varied role where you will:
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director- monitor calendars, deal with international events and travel, reply to email correspondence.
  • Cover HR administrative duties – deal with job offers and contracts, carry out inductions, ensure new starts are on the system
  • Oversee the daily management of the customer service team – liaise with sales manager ensuring customer service levels are maintained, report on KPI’s and identify new areas for business growth.

We seek candidates from a manufacturing/industrial background.
