Allstaff Office Divison requires an experienced PA/Administrator who can work with our client based in Hillington, Glasgow.
We seek candidates who have a strong PA/Administrative background who can manage a process and input data with great accuracy.
- Updating internal systems
- Updating customer records
- Organising meetings and events
- Deal with incoming calls and emails
- Ensure training records are fully up to date
- Managing holiday and sickness records
- Placing adverts/Arranging interviews
- Assisting with Payroll input
- Typing general correspondence
- Dealing with confidential data
