Allstaff Office & Professional Services Division require an experienced PA to Managing Director to work for our key client based near Renfrew.
Candidates should have experience of working at Director/Managing Director level and be used to multi tasking on a daily basis with n a very fast paced environment.
The role
- Diary Management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Email management
- Ensuring filing systems are well maintained
- Dealing with confidential correspondence
- Typing documents
- Ordering necessary equipment
- Assisting with event organisation
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am -4pm
