Allstaff are looking for our next superstar to join our head office in Paisley as a Payroll Administrator working 2 – 3 days per week, Monday & Tuesday with flexibility to increase to 3 days and full-time during holidays.
We are very keen to speak with candidates who have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and who enjoy working in a very team orientated environment.
Candidates with a payroll background are preferred although we will consider a strong administrator. Candidates who can demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with strong IT skills are essential. Our overall aim is to deliver a truly enjoyable experience for our team, candidates, clients and suppliers.
During periods of annual leave (10 weeks of the year), the ideal candidate should be able to flex up to at least 4 days per week to cover.
This is an office-based role, reporting to our Finance Manager where you will get involved in:
- Processing weekly payroll for temporary staff
- Creating payroll reports
- Maintaining holiday requests
- Maintaining absence reports
- Managing payroll inbox
- Dealing with any payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
- Carrying out administrative tasks
