Allstaff Accountancy & Finance Division seek a Part Time Payroll/Bookkeeper for our well established Charter Accountancy firm based Glasgow.
We seek those with full cycle Payroll and Bookkeeping experience who are happy to consider 3 days per week (21 hours). These days can be flexible and our client is very open to a hybrid model of working between home and office.
Candidates MUST have Xero experience, coupled with using cloud based software systems, ideally SAGE cloud. Candidates should have up to date knowledge of payroll software, have great attention to detail and have a client focused approach to be considered for this role.
Working within a small team, duties will include:
- Processing payroll for a variety of SME’s, both weekly and monthly
- Dealing with payroll queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients professionally and building positive working rel;relationships
- Advising on auto enrollment and other legislative changes
- Dealing with emailed and telephone queries
- Bookkeeping processing using Xero, SAGE and Quickbooks for a variety of SME’s
- Assisting with VAT and CIS returns
