Allstaff are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor who specialises in painting and decorating to work with our well-established client who works with various construction firms in Glasgow.
This is a permanent job and the ideal candidate must have experience of organising and supervising labourers as well as be able to communicate with senior managers.
It is essential that you have previous working experience and knowledge of the skills required for painting and decorating, such as taping, filling, plastering and painting.
The main characteristics we are looking for are –
- Previous supervisory experience within the construction industry
- The ability to move between sites
- Organised and efficient
- Good communication on all levels
- Excellent time management
Hours of work: predominantly Monday-Friday but there may be the odd requirement to be on site on a Saturday morning.
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 dependent on experience, a company van will also be provided.
