Allstaff Manufacturing division have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Trainer to work with a first class employer on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Our client is a large manufacturer in Glasgow and are looking for a Technical Trainer to work with them to design and deliver a range of training packages which will lead to an improvement in the capabilities of the workforce. This role will suit candidates who have previous experience in a fast moving manufacturing environment.
Main duties will include
- Review format of all SOPs for the site and identifying any no longer required.
- Create new SOPs as well as maintaining and amending existing documents to ensure they fit in with company objectives.
- Create a training plan for each department which will in turn lead to 100% compliance within each department.
- Design and implement training materials and deliver effective training programmes.
Candidates must be well organised and self motivated, with experience in manufacturing systems, as well as a high level of proficiency in all microsoft applications.
