Allstaff office & Professional Services Division are working alongside our well-established client in Port Glasgow as they seek to appoint a temporary to permanent Warehouse/Shipping Administrator on a full-time basis.
The main objective of this role is to collate and provide all of the necessary information required to allow products to be shipped.
Key areas of the role will surround:
- Process and data entry for all export packing lists
- Plan and organise all relevant documentation
- Support logistic coordinator to ensure compliance
- Collation of data required to complete KPI reporting
- Collection of information of all customer returns and sending information to Customer Service Team
To be successful within this position, it is important that you hold the following experience:
- Experience within an administrative role (Warehouse/ Logistics would be advantageous)
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of team
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong sense of organisation
- Excellent attention to detail
