Allstaff Office Division is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to work with our client based in Cambuslang. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business on a temporary basis and for the right candidate this role could become permanent. The hours of work are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm;

Hourly Pay Rate = £8.65

Duties for this role include:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Inputting customer’s orders onto Sage 200 accounts package
  • Ensuring data is recorded accurately
  • Arranging transport for customer deliveries
  • Inputting & processing orders and invoicing customers using an electronic system
  • Cash handling
  • Preparing customer statements and posting/emailing them on a weekly basis
  • Professionally and efficiently dealing with customer orders and enquiries over the phone
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Completing day to day office duties to support the business
