Brand news…update from Business Director Martin McGill

Following on from Carolyn’s post, I thought I would update from my perspective on the changes over the last 18 months.

The refurb has begun in the Glasgow office and as the fresh coats of paint went on the wall it seemed to fit the feeling of freshness from the Allstaff Team.

Allstaff have always been trusted, professional and focused on providing the best service. However, there is a new sense of energy and enthusiasm within the team at the moment. There have been new additions to the Glasgow and Paisley offices from a variety of backgrounds. This adds to the expertise we collectively have to offer.

As Carolyn mentioned in her post the rebrand has started a period of reflection and for me it has highlighted that the teams are working better together, working cooperatively and sharing ideas. This culture, where everyone has the chance to contribute has helped improve and streamline processes. The recent changes, as well as the rebrand, will continue to keep us relevant and in a position to continue to offer the best service we can.

I have worked with Allstaff for over 23 years and have been part of the many changes to date. I am proud to have been involved in the Allstaff journey for so long and I am looking forward to adding a few more chapters to our story.
