Brand news…update from Divisional Director Ryan Robinson

What has the past 18 months looked like? There is a great energy within the Allstaff team and we have entered an exciting period of change and modernisation. Our team of Recruitment Specialists is growing and their skills and backgrounds are being used to the fullest.

Recruitment is changing. Allstaff requires more of a digital presence than ever before, as client and candidate expectations change. This is being fully embraced. A lot more of our interactions now begin online; Candidates look for jobs, clients look for recruitment partners, initial interactions take place over email or social media. The rebrand and new look website will drive more candidates and support clients to find what they are looking for easily. If our initial interaction is going to be online then we need it to feel as trusted and professional as it would if we were meeting face to face. I believe this is something Allstaff has always been known for.

As Allstaff is an independent recruitment company I think we can at times be overlooked. Hopefully, these digital improvements will help a lot of people discover what I believe is a hidden secret. It will highlight our varied client base and expertise.

Although the rebrand will help with the new digital era of recruiting, at the heart of Allstaff will always be human interactions. The value of picking up the phone and meeting face to face will never be underestimated. Furthermore, listening and truly hearing our client and candidate requirements allows us to provide excellent service and build trusted human relationships. Computers won’t ever be able to replace that.
