Brand news…

Posted: 6th November 2019

It’s all change at Allstaff… We are now approaching 18 months since the management buy out and time to start the exciting yet daunting task of a rebrand.

At first, the task seems like a purely superficial creative exercise. Choosing a new logo, signage, updating brochures but on a deeper level it brings up many questions. Who we are? What are our values? Are they the same as before? What are our team’s talents, passions? What do our clients and candidates feel about us?

The rebrand…

The rebrand has highlighted that at the core Allstaff’s values remain the same. Still looking to cultivate trusted relationships, still passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service and ultimately still looking to create opportunities. However, now we have a stronger sense of portraying the personality and talents of the team that makes up Allstaff.

As an independent recruitment company, our staff have come from a variety of backgrounds; recruitment, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, marketing and the arts to name a few. What that brings is a fantastic mix of talent, energy and experience. As a team, we share & implement idea’s with an overarching, almost fanatical desire to deliver a great experience to all we meet, colleagues, candidates, clients and suppliers. Kindness and compassion make up a big part of our Why?

Working alongside us on this project is the fantastic Cole-AD. When we broke down the logo and branding we felt people recognised us by the blue. The hunt for the right Allstaff blue began, our tenacious attitude came into play here. A few blues later we have created our own unique blue, apparently, that is a hard thing to do with so many blues out there! We are now in the process of designing our brochures, signage and you will start seeing this roll out on social media over the next few weeks.

The refurb…

Most importantly our offices, home to our team and all our visitors are undergoing a full makeover. The first-class services of C.Hanlon commence on Monday 28th in the Glasgow office with the Paisley office following. A slightly stressful period embarking on such a big project but without a doubt one of the most important given this is where we make it all happen, from interviewing candidates, filling jobs, juggling reports & typing CV’s, managing the weekly payroll, catching up with suppliers & having our team updates with many LOL moments along the way…

We are all excited by this next stage in our business and look forward to sharing all our progress along the way and as always please feel free to contact me or the team anytime if you would like to find out more about our team and business.
