Allstaff facilitate the supply of labour by providing temporary agency workers, with you the hirer being responsible for the supervision, direction, and H&S of the supplied workers on your site.

Temporary workers should be made aware of all health & safety matters i.e. risk assessments, inductions, policies, training. It is the responsibility of you the hirer to ensure any information is given to the temporary worker as you would a permanent staff member, including any revisions or alterations. For the avoidance of doubt, you the hirer are responsible for reporting any accident/s at work and you should comply in all respects with all statutory provisions as are in force from time to time including but not limited to H&S at work act, the regulations of H&S at work, byelaws, codes of practice and legal requirements to which you are ordinarily subject to in respect of your own staff, including the provision of adequate employers public liability insurance to include temporary workers during all assignments.

To process our data for invoicing purposes
We also give consent to Allstaff processing our personal data with 3rd parties including (The Recruitment & Employment Confederation) for the purposes of internal audits and investigations carried out on Allstaff to ensure that they are complying with all relevant laws and bligations.
The consent given will last until we wish to be removed from the database.
We are aware that we have the right to withdraw our consent at any time by informing Allstaff that we wish to do so.
Timesheet Agreement
Timesheets should be confirmed at the end of each week worked, reaching our office by Monday @ 10am
Should your confirmed timesheet not be received by the deadline, an administration charge will apply for any timesheet received
after 4pm on Monday
Any timesheet not completed or confirmed will result in Allstaff authorising with no amendment made for over-estimated hours
The above is to ensure we meet our duty of care to our candidates, ensuring all hours worked are paid in the appropriate pay period and meets all HMRC requirements.
