If I wanted to employ staff how would I proceed?
You can contact either of our branches by telephone, email or fax, we guarantee that you will be contacted within 1 hour of Allstaff receiving it during normal business hours.

If I was to place a permanent vacancy with your Company would there be any cost to me if you were not successful in placing a candidate?
Allstaff have a guarantee – no placement no fee! The only caviat to this is where you ask Allstaff to place a particular advertisement and Allstaff manage the response for you, then the cost of advertising and any administration fee would be applicable. However, normally if required, Allstaff would advertise your vacancy at no cost to your company.

What level of service could I expect?
We, as a quality driven organisation, believe in setting our goals and objectives to ensure both clients and candidates receive the best possible service Allstaff can provide. If a vacancy is received by a client before midday we expect our experienced consultants to match to the vacancy, contact the candidates and email CVs the same day. After midday, email/fax next morning. Where we do not have any suitable candidates or where we have been unable to seek applicant’s permission to forward CV, we will advise you within the same time frame.

If I have received CVs from Allstaff and I wish to proceed to interview stage what action do I take?
Allstaff will arrange interviews at your convenience for your selected candidates, once interviews have been conducted Allstaff will advise you of any candidate feedback.

If I selected a candidate for my vacancy, what happens next?
Allstaff would advise the candidate verbally of your offer and report the outcome to you. We would then advise the candidate to expect a letter of offer directly from you, the client. At this stage you could be advised to take up your own references with the candidates’ previous employers. Allstaff would advise all other candidates they were unsuccessful. Once the candidate accepts your offer of employment, Allstaff will submit the invoice for the agreed fee.

If I wanted to employ temporary staff how would I proceed?
An experienced consultant would take details of your booking, conduct a search of our database and report back within a matter of hours, should the booking be required to be filled the next day or within an hour if for the same day.

How would I be invoiced for hours worked?
The temp would be provided with a timesheet and asked to record working hours, Allstaff will only pay wages on a timesheet duly signed by an authorised signatory of your company.

Would Allstaff offer discounted rates or fees?
Allstaff is always happy to negotiate fees and hourly charge rates based on the principle of economies of scale.

Can Allstaff provide reference contacts for major accounts?
Yes, client testimonials can be provided upon request.
