Allstaff Professional Services Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Digital Marketing Manager.

We are working with a manufacturing company known for their innovative, high-quality products and dedication to customer satisfaction, who are now looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic Ecommerce Team!

Role Overview:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, driving high quality and engaged traffic to our websites while growing our brands and maximising revenue. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, and owning the paid media channels across our DTC brands, you will devise, execute, optimise and report on the paid marketing activity. This unique opening allows the ideal candidate to work across multiple brands within an in house role and is the perfect opportunity for an established Digital Marketing Manager to step up to their next challenge!

We’re looking for extensive digital marketing experience with particular focus on PPC, paid social and SEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills and will be confident leading strategies and managing budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns which align with our trading calendar and business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Forecast KPI’s and manage budget effectively.
  • Campaign Management & Optimisation: Ensure that all active campaigns are monitored regularly to ensure maximum performance and return on spend.
  • Cross Functional Working: Build and maintain strong working relationships with our brand and marketing teams to liaise with on content briefs and requirements, ensuring our required content is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and analysis: Reporting on performance metrics, delivering recommendations and actionable insights. Strong analytical skillset to make data driven decisions.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar/equivalent role.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads
  • Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Youtube advertising.
  • Experience with TikTok advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practises and optimisation strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and devising strategy across paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
  • Experience with Amazon Ads.
  • Affiliate marketing experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • Ability to compose compelling marketing copy.
  • Image and video editing skills would be a bonus.

Hours of Work:
Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
