Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Machine Operator. These are long-term positions based in the Shieldhall area. We are offering a Rotational shift opportunity: • Rotational Shift Operator – Early & Back Shift rotation Hours of Work Early & Back Shift Weekly Rotation • Early Shift: Monday to Thursday 05:48 – 14:00 & Friday 05:48 – 12:00 • Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 13:48 – 22:00 & Friday 11:48 – 18:00 Key Duties Your duties will meet the operational needs of the production team. This may include: • Setting Up Machines: Preparing equipment for daily use by configuring settings, loading materials, and ensuring safety checks are completed. • Operating Machinery: Running and supervising machines during production to ensure they function efficiently and safely. • Monitoring Output: Keeping an eye on the production process to check for inconsistencies, defects, or any issues that might impact quality. • Conducting Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards. • Recording Data: Logging production data such as output levels, machine performance, and downtime, either manually or using digital systems.
