Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Office Administrator. This is a long term temporary role based in Paisley working part time, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm.

Duties include:

  • Welcoming clients
  • Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, including kitchen surfaces and client cups.
  • Handling phone calls and responding to basic emails.
  • Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery and kitchen essentials.
  • Keeping track of staff holidays and sickness on the calendar.
  • Managing document tasks such as scanning and shredding.
  • Assisting engineers and CAD technicians with administrative support, such as sending emails to request information.
  • Preparing fee quotations, including printing AutoCAD drawings and completing Word templates.
  • Setting up new jobs using Word and Excel.
  • Updating and printing Board sheets for engineers’ weekly meetings.
  • Issuing completed jobs with pre-prepared email templates.
  • Processing payments over the phone.
