Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the permanent role of Part Time Administrator for a client based in Glasgow. The hours are 19.5 per week, Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 4.30 pm.
In this role, you will take responsibility for managing membership administration, education grants, and the organisation’s stationery, equipment, and inventory. You will also offer support with in-person event administration. A sharp eye for detail is vital, as accuracy is key to success in this position.
Given the sensitive nature of the work, you must demonstrate a sound understanding of GDPR and the Data Protection Act, ensuring all information is handled appropriately and securely.
