Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Production Team Leader for well established manufacturing company based near Johnstone. Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.
Role Purpose The role of the Production Team Leader is to assist the Lead Supervisor to guarantee optimum performance and operational efficiency of the day-to-day production to achieve production KPI’s to meet customer demands whilst complying with company procedures and Health and Safety policies.
The Production Team Leader will also work on a variety of projects related to ongoing organisational improvements including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality, Workplace Organisation, Environmental and Sustainability.

Salary: £35,000 + shift allowance
