Allstaff Professional Services Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Social Media and Content Executive.

Location: Renfrewshire

About the Role – Social Media and Content ExecutiveAre you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital trends? Do you love bringing ideas to life through video, photography, and scroll-stopping content? Then you could be exactly who we are looking for.

As our new Social Media and Content Executive, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands show up online. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with a collaborative and energetic team, you will help create content that inspires, educates, and excites our community across all social platforms.

We are a fast-moving business with lots of exciting things happening, so you will need to be hands-on, full of ideas, and ready to make a big impact.

  • Owning Social Content Creation. Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high quality content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.
  • Bringing Ideas to Life. Create engaging videos, photos, graphics, and social assets using tools like CapCut and Canva.
  • Growing Brand Presence. Support the development of social strategies that build awareness and drive audience growth.
  • Managing Day-to-Day Activity. Schedule posts, write captions, monitor performance, and help keep our channels fresh and on-trend.
  • Supporting Campaigns. Contribute to campaign planning and create assets that support digital activity, in-store POS, and wider brand launches.
  • Tracking Performance. Review analytics and insights to optimise content and improve results over time.
  • Collaborating Across Teams. Partner with marketing, creative, sales, and product development to ensure consistent and aligned storytelling.

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or content creation role, preferably in a similar or related industry
  • Experience creating content that resonates with the beauty buyer
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • An understanding of core digital marketing principles including SEO, content marketing, link building, Email marketing, digital PR and PPC and display advertising is an advantage.

Hours of Work:
Monday – Thursday: 9am–5.30pm
Friday: 9am–4pm
