Allstaff Finance Division are looking for an Accounts Assistant ( with 1 years experience) to work with our client based in Glasgow. Having a good working knowledge of excel suitable candidates will have duties including:
- Daily processing of invoices and payments
- Preparing information for month end
- Preparing reconciliation statements
- Process expenses
- Process credit notes
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
