Allstaff Paisley require an experienced Administrator/ Stock Coordinator for our large manufacturing client based near Paisley.

Due to location, own transport is essential.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 6am -2pm and candidates should be available for an immediate start. This post will be on an ongoing temporary basis and could expand into a scheduling role and may become permanent for the right individual.

Duties for the role will involve:

  • Ensuring Stock on shop floor is in correct location
  • Stock counts
  • Updating in house systems
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Movement of materials
  • Compiling reports

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock coordinator and administrator to work within a well established manufacturing organisation. Those with a manufacturing background will be of preference.
