Allstaff Finance Division have a new role available for an experienced Bookkeeper based Paisley.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Suitable candidates will have SAGE accounting experience and 5 years working experience within an accounts/Bookkeeping role to be considered for this post.
- Updating the cash flow and forecasts
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Compiling and issuing month end and quarterly reports for Directors
- Credit control
- Compiling VAT returns
- Collating staff expenses and reconciling credit cards
- Being first point of contact for the accounts department responding to calls, emails and queries
- Managing insurances and utilities for the company
