Allstaff office services are seeking a part time experienced concierge / caretaker for our client based in the Glasgow area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to provide great customer service. The key aspects of the role are –
- Conducting viewings for prospective tenants
- Reporting back on cleanliness after room inspections to Head office
- Communicate to tenants and colleagues on a professional level
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests
- Daily walk rounds to ensure the site is safe
- Carrying out basic maintenance duties
This is 20 hours a week, 8.30-12.30pm Monday-Friday. Salary is DOE, please send in a CV if interested!
