Allstaff Commercial Division require a permanent Customer Service Administrator for a large manufacturer based near Renfrew. Due to location, own transport is preferred.
This is a 12 month Fixed term contract commencing July 2019. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Candidates MUST have an office based customer service background and have well developed communication skills both over the phone and by email.
Duties will include:
Managing customer enquiries into the department
Adhering to timescales given to customer enquiries
Processing customer orders onto the system
Managing delivery queries and liaising with freight partners
To deliver “best in class” customer service
