Allstaff Commercial Division require a Customer Service Administrator for a large manufacturer based near Paisley.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. To be suitable for this role you should have a strong Administration and/or Customer service background.
Based within a team, Duties will include:
- Managing customer enquiries into the department via email and telephone
- Managing calls effectively within timescales agreed
- Processing customer orders onto the system – data entry
- Managing delivery queries and liaising with freight partners
- Keeping customers fully updated on order progress
