Allstaff Office Division are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Glasgow City Centre. An excellent opportunity for a candidate with excellent customer service skills combined with coordination/scheduling experience. The role is focused on providing a high level of customer service to passengers over the phone, our client is looking for someone with strong customer service/contact centre experience. Geographical knowledge of the Glasgow area is very beneficial for this role.
You will be the key link between passengers and service delivery, scheduling journeys using a map based computerised booking system, completing clerical duties, recording registration details, handling enquires and conveying information to both the public and operators.
The role is Monday to Friday, 8:45am-4:45pm and our client is looking for suitable candidates to be available immediately for an on-going basis.
