Allstaff have a temporary to permanent role for our client based in Edinburgh who are looking for a Mechanical service & Small Works Coordinator. Our client is a leading facilities management organisation and a background similar to this would be an advantage but not essential.
Candidates should have – Technical knowledge in a mechanical field supporting engineers and sub contractors.
Taking service calls from clients, loading jobs onto the company database and allocating work accordingly.
Calling customers and scheduling appointments for works.
Updating client websites on a daily basis.
Creating operatives labour list and updating scheduler accordingly.
Liaising with sub contractors, raising purchase orders and following up for job completion details and invoices.
Ensuring jobs are completed, costs are under control and quotes are submitted.
Answering and logging all incoming calls.
Saving and filing all orders.
Candidates should have a relevant background supporting mechanical & technical teams in an administrative function
