Allstaff Commercial Division require an Office Manager for an SME based Glasgow.
This role ideally requires a candidate who has managed a small team of staff and can multi task. The role would suit those from a construction/Engineering background.
Working alongside the company Accountant, you will manage all administration tasks within the office, manage the Directors diary, field calls, ensure processes and procedures are adhered to by all staff, type confidential correspondence, manage stationery, manage email inbox and incoming customer calls.
