Allstaff Office Division require an experienced Receptionist to work 30 hours per week over 4 days with our well established client based Hillington.
Earliest start time will be 8.15am and latest finish 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Candidates MUST be flexible to cover 30 hours per week which will differ on a weekly basis.
Candidates must have previous reception experience coupled with strong communication skills and will be expected to make informed decisions whilst dealing with any issues that arise on site.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Issuing visitor passes
- Ensuring reception area is well presented at all times
- Dealing with mail
- Answering a busy switchboard and directing calls to the relevant department
- Checking email correspondence and responding in a timely manner
- Completing building checks and completing paperwork
- Dealing with help desk queries for building repairs
