Allstaff Office Division are currently recruiting for a Records Assistant to support our client based in Clydebank on a temporary basis.
This is a part time role and the hours of work are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 12.00pm, 15 hours per week.
The successful candidate must be a confident and professional individual who is well organised and has the ability to work well both within a team and independently.
The role includes basic administration duties such as filing, scanning and preparing confidential documents.
This is a fantastic opportunity which will allow the right person to build on and gain new experience.
Suitable candidates must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland and be able to provide 2 years worth of satisfactory references.
