Allstaff Office Division are currently recruiting for experienced administrators to support our client based in Glasgow city centre. This is an ongoing temporary position and the hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm

Our client requires confident and professional individuals to provide administrative support for their busy recruitment team.
This role includes:
- Providing general administration support
- Dealing with incoming calls, emails and queries
- Screening candidate cv’s
- Uploading employee details onto in-house system
- Checking Right To work
- Creating and updating employee profiles
- Obtaining references
- Processing disclosures for new employees and following up applications
- Completing relevant background and security checks
- Supporting assessment days with recruitment and hiring managers
Suitable candidates must be available immediately and be confident with all Microsoft Packages.

The pay rate for this role is £9.30 per hour rising to £13.25 after 12 working weeks.
