Allstaff Office Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to work with our client within their Mechanical Division. This is a temporary role with the opportunity for the right candidate to become permanent.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge or experience within the Plumbing, Heating or A/C industry.
We would be keen to speak with qualified gas engineers or candidates with many years experience within a similar role.
The job duties are as follows:
- Producing quotes and job costs
- Managing reactive repairs and time frames
- Understanding and ordering parts and materials
- Providing excellent customer service whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Meeting and understanding company and individual KPI’s
- General administration duties
Candidates must have the ability to work well under pressure both independently and within a team.
Strong IT skills are essential.
Salary is Depending on Experience
