Allstaff Office Division are currently recruiting for an experienced social media assistant to work for our well known client based in Glasgow City Centre. Working 35 hours per week you will be required to be flexible to work between the hours of 6am and midnight.Our client is flexible and allows candidates to work off site for part of shifts that begin earlier in the morning or finish later at night.
You will be required to engage with customers through various communication channels, for example: Telephone, E-mail, Letter and Social Media. The purpose of this role is to ensure customer enquiries are dealt with at the first point of contact, provide customers with accurate information particularly over the companies social media platforms.
Our client is looking for someone who has previous social media experience, good IT skills and a strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages. To be successful in this role you will need to have fantastic organisational skills, strong communication skills, great problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure.
This role will be an on-going temporary basis for a period of 6 months.Successful candidates must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to the full assignment.
