Allstaff Office division are currently recruiting for a temporary accounts assistant for an on going assignment with our client based in Govan. With the potential to go permanent this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to thrive and progress in a growing business along side a hard working and friendly team. Working closely with the accounts manager you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills during your assignment.
For this role the hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and 8:30am-3:45pm on a Friday.
Duties for the role include:
- Day to day processing
- Raising and processing PO’s
- Cash allocation
- Bank reconciliation
- Cash handling
- Credit control
