Allstaff Office Division are seeking a part time Commercial Assistant for our established client based on the outskirts of Paisley. Due to location it is essential that applicants have their own transport.
This is a temporary post covering maternity leave and would suit someone seeking school hours.
This role will be working alongside company directors and liaising with different departments to gather and communicate information.
It is essential that applicants have working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Accurate typing
- Arranging UK and International travel
- Arranging and collecting lunches (own transport required)
- Planning and organising training sessions
- General reception and switchboard cover when required
Hours of work: Monday – Friday: 9am – 2pm / 10am – 3pm.
There is some flexibility with working hours.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
