Allstaff office division are seeking a strong administrator for our client based within Inverclyde. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great housing organisation. Knowledge of housing is preferred but not essential. If you feel like you have great customer service, great knowledge of word and Excel and a fast thinker then please send in your CV.
The perfect candidate should have the following skills for applying –
- High level of customer service
- Strong administration – highly proficient in word and excel
- Recording and dealing with complaints
- Data entry
- Taking payments
- Strong with systems
- Assist the team leader and create reports
- Answering all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
This is a full time temporary post and the hours of work are Monday – Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-4pm.
